Open Door Art Studio has a beautiful gallery and gift shop and we are open to the public. Come find a unique piece of art for your home or a handmade gift for a friend! All proceeds from sales in our gallery and gift shop go directly to the artists that created the artwork or item. Please read on to find out about our location, hours and return policy. Open Door Art Studio Return/Exchange/Damage Policy
All sales are final; please make decisions regarding your purchases carefully.
All purchases of original artwork by Open Door artists including painting, sculpture, illustration, mixed media pieces, reproductions and all other media are final with no exceptions.
If you have purchased a product from one of our consignment artists and the product experiences defects under normal usage within 3 months of purchase, Open Door will make attempts to contact the artist for possible repairs/exchange if the creating artist is still present in the gallery. If Open Door is unable to contact the artist, or the artist is unwilling to make the repairs, all sales are final and we apologize for the inconvienience and ask you to make your purchasing decisions carefully.
Consignment work damaged by misuse, improper care, or after 3 months will not be accepted for return, repair or exchange.
