Your contributions are essential to providing the innovative, high-quality programming that Open Door is known for. We invite you to benefit from membership, while contributing to an organization whose mission and efforts enhance our local, state, and global community.

To become a member, please print and fill out the membership form below. You can return it by mail to 1050 Goodale Blvd, Grandview Heights, Ohio 43212, fax it to 614-486-4922, or drop it off at Open Door. Our hours are Tuesday through Friday from 9am to 5pm and Saturday from 12 to 5. Due to off-site sales, festivals and holidays we recommend you call prior to visiting on Saturdays to make sure we are in.
