According to Julie Lyle, “Art calms me down.”
Her sketchbook is filled with various collections of sketches, each representing an idea or approach she is working through.
Much like Picasso, one of her artistic idols, she seems to have various stylistic periods.
Julie creates art both at the studio and at home.
She loves painting and when asked to describe her perfect day she gives an elaborate description of a date which involves going outside to paint landscapes.
An artist through and through, Julie says of art that “it comes out in your heart.”
With an explanation like that it is easy to understand why Julie has always sought out art experiences.
