This purple-loving lady was born in Camden, New Jersey, but now resides in Columbus, Ohio.
She is close with her sister and loves to paint and draw.
According to Bernadette when she comes to the studio her intention is to “sit down and just do dramatic art”.
Bernadette’s dramatic subjects are flowers with each petal drawn or painted with numerous, repetitive lines.
Almost her entire body of work consists of this particular style of blossom with much color and line variation.
Her style seems to immediately attract art appreciators and Bernadette feels very proud when one of her blooms finds a new home.
