Columbus Center for Human Services, Inc. prioritizes health, safety, personal goals, and promotes positive community roles for individuals with disabilities.

Columbus Center for Human Services, Inc. (CCHS) has been providing comprehensive support services to individuals with mental retardation and developmental disabilities since the founding of Park West Court Apartments (ICF/MR 70 Bed Facility) in 1983. CCHS continued to grow with the opening of our Supported Community Living division (IO and Level 1 waiver) in 1989. CCHS recently expanded our services offering Adult Day and Supported Employment and opening the Open Door Art Studio in 2007. CCHS provides a warm, supportive environment for individuals to live, learn and work.
